MEETING NOTES
Costume Crew will be needed at Eleanor Roosevelt Middle School
at the following times.
Tuesday, May 1, after School ( 2:30-5)
Wednesday, May 2, after school (2:30-5)
Thursday, May 3, at 4:30 until make-up room cleaned up (approximately 7:30)
Friday , May 4, at 4:30 until the make-up room is cleaned up (approximately 7:30)
Saturday, May 5, at 4:30 until the make-up room is cleaned up (approximately 7:30)
Sunday, May 6, at 11:30 until end of pizza party (Requests for permission to attend this after-production pizza party have been sent home and already collected. Students may get another and still hand it in if they misplaced the initial one.)
